When will it arrive?
Most orders are printed in 2–4 business days and arrive 3–6 business days later (US). For Christmas, order by December 7.
Can I see the design before I order?
Yes. The preview on the product page changes as you pick the instruments and type the name. We print what you see.
I made a typo in the name. Can I fix it?
Email support@themusicfrontiers.com right away with your order number. We change it for free as long as it has not been printed yet.
What if something is wrong with my shirt?
If the print is wrong, damaged or we sent the wrong item, send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it or refund you.
Where are you based?
We are a small design team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Every order is printed and shipped by our print partners in the USA.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. US orders with 2+ items (or over $59) ship free. Shipping & returns
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery takes about 15–20 business days and local import taxes may apply.
Can I return a shirt that does not fit?
Each shirt is printed just for you, so we cannot take back a wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide — between sizes, size up.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, for free, as long as it has not been printed yet. Email support@themusicfrontiers.com with your order number as soon as possible.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.
Do you use real guitar brands?
No. Our instrument shapes are drawn by us and are generic — no brand names or logos — so they look like his gear without copying anyone.
How can I pay?
PayPal, or a debit/credit card through PayPal at checkout.
