SHIPPING POLICY

At The Music Frontiers, we know that once you find a design that speaks to your musical soul, you want to rock it as soon as possible. We are committed to getting your new favorite gear printed, packed, and delivered to your doorstep quickly and safely.

Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

1. Production & Processing Time

We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, custom-made merchandise. To ensure the highest standard of quality and reduce environmental waste, every item you order is made specifically for you when you place the order.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to print, perform a quality check, and pack your order.

  • Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

While our creative studio is located in Vietnam, we partner with top-tier printing facilities right here in the United States. This allows us to offer fast, reliable domestic shipping for our American customers.

Once your item is printed and ready to go, here are the estimated transit times:

  • Standard US Shipping: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time (US): 5 to 15 business days (Production + Shipping).

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves our US facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey all the way to your front door.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We want to make sure your package reaches the right destination! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you have made an error, please email us at support@themusicfrontiers.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has entered the production phase or has been shipped, we are unable to change the address or reroute the package. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in partnering with reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx). However, once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have limited control over it.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a free replacement.

  • Lost or Stolen: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

6. International Shipping & Customs Taxes

For our fellow music lovers outside of the US, we do offer international shipping!

  • International Transit Time: Typically 10 to 20 business days, depending on your country's customs process.

  • Customs & Duties: Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The Music Frontiers has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
