RETURN & REFUND POLICY – THE MUSIC FRONTIERS
At The Music Frontiers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase from The Music Frontiers.
How to start a return: To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@themusicfrontiers.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. (Please note: For your protection and to ensure a smooth process, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).
2. Damages and Issues
We take great care in inspecting and packing your orders. However, accidents can happen during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send an email to support@themusicfrontiers.com with photos of the issue, and our team will evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
3. Exchanges
The fastest and most reliable way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In compliance with international consumer protection standards, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
5. Refunds
We believe in total financial transparency. Here is how our refund process works:

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your funds, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@themusicfrontiers.com so we can look into it for you.

A Note on Returns & Our Global Footprint: While our creative studio and main headquarters are passionately operated in Vietnam, we know that fast, easy returns are crucial for our US customers. Please rest assured that all physical returns are processed domestically at our US-based partner facilities. When your return is approved, we will provide you with a local US shipping address—you will never have to ship items back to Vietnam!
